Return Policy

We understand sometimes returns are necessary. That’s why Elegant World has two hassle-free return options.

1. Simply use the return label enclosed in your delivery, or
2. Send an email to info@ElegantWorld.com with the subject line reading “Make a Return” to request a return label.

Once you have your label, drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. If you have any questions, please contact Client Support at (615) 856-8013.

Products being returned must be:

1. Returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. In the original packaging.
3. In salable condition.
4. Accompanied by a sales receipt.

Elegant World offers credit or exchanges for returned articles in the U.S.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit to ElegantWorld.com.
